When will my order be processed? 

• Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed

When will I get my package?

• Orders placed within Canada are shipped via Canada Post and received within 2-4 business day ( Please add two additional days if order placed on a weekend )

Orders placed in US are shipping via USPS and will be received within 10 business day

I chose local pick up at check out when can I collect my order? 

• Orders will be ready for pick up the next day. Please review your email for additional pick up information 

I ordered the wrong size can I exchange it?

• Size exchanges are initiated by sending an email to  hello@nineteen92.ca with your “ order number “ and “ exchange “ in the subject line
